If you are a California resident, the information below also applies to you. Certain terms used in this section have the meanings given to them in the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”).

1. Categories of Personal Information Collected: The personal information that Comfee' collects, or has collected from consumers in the 12 months prior to the effective date of this disclosure, fall into the following categories established by the California Consumer Privacy Act
   
   • Identifiers such as your name, address, telephone number and email address
   • Information such as credit card details
   • Commercial information such as purchase details and history
   • Technical data about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns
   • Geolocation data, such as the location of your device
   • Audio, visual, or similar information such as recording of customer service calls
   • Inferences drawn from any of the above such as user preferences or characteristics
2. Categories of personal information disclosed for a business purpose: We may share the personal information collected with the third-party service provider:
   
   • Identifiers for providing service and support, processing or fulfilling orders and transactions, verifying customer information, processing payments, or providing similar services
   • Technical or internet data to detect security incidents, protecting against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, and prosecuting those responsible for that activity
   • Commercial information to verify or maintain the quality or safety of a product
   • Internet user or traffic data
3. Privacy Rights: Users may access, correct, and/or update your information by directly accessing any accounts or profiles that you have created with us.
   
   • Access Right- To disclose Personal Information, or Categories of Personal Information, we collect, use and disclose
   • Deletion Right- To request deletion of Personal Information we have collected from you
   • Opt-out Right: To opt you out of the sale of your Personal Information or marketing communications.
   • Sale of Personal Information: CCPA sets forth certain obligations for businesses that “sell“ personal information to third parties. We do not engage in such activity and have not engaged in such activity in the past twelve months from the effective date of this Privacy Policy.

4. Non-discrimination: Comfee will not discriminate against any consumer for exercising their rights under the CCPA.
