- 1 cup chopped kale
- 1/2 cup any milk you like
- 1/3 cup banana cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup frozen pineapple pieces
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon honey(add before serving)
