Kale Smoothie


  • 1 cup chopped kale
  • 1/2 cup any milk you like 
  • 1/3 cup banana cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple pieces
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey(add before serving)


 Add all of the ingredients to your blender, then blend until smooth! It’s that easy.
