  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/8 cup port/red wine

  • Zest from 1 orange

  • 1/4 tsp ground allspice
  • 1/8 tsp ground clove
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 cup fresh orange juice
