    Why is the detergent box divided into two compartments? Can you use fabric softener?
    Only the left compartment can be used. You can put detergent or fabric softener into it.
    Can I manually add water?
    Please connect the inlet hose to add water, please refer to the manual for more details.
    What tools are needed to set up?
    Accessories in our package: Owner’s manual, water supply hoses, water intake cap, quick connection adaptor, bottom cover and screws. Tools needed in installation: pliers for unpacking, Phillip screwdriver for fixing the screw on bottom cover.
    Why is there leftover water inside the machine?
    Products are tested before being sold, so there will be some water left. Before using it, we suggest running the normal program once with no clothes in it.
    What is the length and diameter of inlet and drain hose?
    Inlet hose is 3.94 feet long, inner diameter is 0.62 inches and outer diameter is 1 inches. Drain hose is 4.72 feet long, inner diameter is 0.91 inches and outer diameter is 0.94 inches.
    What’s the temperature of the water in hot mode?
    The temperature of the water depends on the mode you select and the temperature of the incoming hot water. In hot mode, the hot water inflow time is longer than in warm water mode
    If I only have one faucet, which hose should I connect？
    Please connect the cold water inlet hose and select cold water mode.
